The Path of a New Coach, Consultant, Healer, or Course Creator

Today we're talking about the path of a new coach, consultant, healer or course creator.  What the steps are and the best way to go about that so that you have the fastest path to profit.

Step One

You need to confirm what it is that you want to offer to make sure people are actually interested in it.  I recommend when you're first starting out, you should be doing one on ones doing and helping people, one on one. That way you are speaking to your ideal audience. You get to hear their pain points, you get to find out their struggles.

Delve deep and figure out what it is that you can do to help them by hearing from the horse's mouth. What it is they're looking for help from you.

The more one on ones that you do, then the more you're going to get to know the people that you are trying to serve, and help. Once you have so many one on ones booked and you have a waiting list you may struggle to keep on top of things. You find that you are repeating yourself over and over again. Then it is time to move to the next stage.

Step Two

You're doing one on ones. Then you move to, one to few. This is where you start teaching, and sharing and helping to few. If you you are repeating your content over and over again and have a waiting list, then it's time for you to move to groups.

This way, you already have gotten in deep to find out what their pain points are. By doing that you are now being able to serve and fix things before they happen. So you go one on one to one to few.

Some people could take a week to get there. I know one girl Steph  booked out within a week. Now she's booked out into a second month, she needs to go to groups, now.

By doing one on ones you can charge a higher price. The fastest path to profit is one on ones. This allows you to charge more money. In the group scenario you charge a little less as you can take more clients. You can help and serve more people.

Step Three

The next stage is one to many. Here you're looking at courses and  paid large group membership programs. You're not working with people any longer. There's a lot of "done" for them work in their step by step processes. Or workbooks for them to work their way through.

To go to one to many, it's best if you have a good list, a good healthy bank account to pay to get the numbers in. When you go from one to many you're running them through an automated sales and marketing funnel.

Where buying into your course through a webinar or a training.  The conversion rates in a webinar are only around two to three%. Two to 3% in a webinar, up to about 5% if you're running the webinar live. If you are doing one on one consults the industry standards around 20 to 30% conversions. If you're speaking to people, one on one.

Imagine if you're trying to automate the system so that you don't have to speak to anybody. You can send them through a webinar to buy your course, product or service. You only get one or two% conversion. For every hundred people that come through, only one or two of those people that buy anything. So to get the masses and the number of people coming through. You are going to need to pay a lot of money for your advertising to push the numbers through. So, you want your fastest path to profit to be able to get to that point.

The best way to start is doing one on one, getting knee deep, getting in and serving your people face to face.
